This is my experience with the ninth bottle. I suffer from gynecological issues, frequently facing inflammation and painful secretions. Having taken supplements for gut health, I bought this to avoid building a tolerance. It has no taste and comes in a convenient size. About a week into taking it, my period arrived, and to my surprise, both the odour and menstrual pain were significantly reduced. Although I typically rely on painkillers during this time, I managed without them this cycle, which I attribute to this supplement.

Minimal improvement
The effect varies from person to person. Thus far, I have not noticed significant improvement, and the gynaecological pain remains without notable changes.

Eased pain slightly
A good product. I buy this for my wife, who often experiences heavy flow during her period. She is also taking serrapeptase. It seems to ease the pain and flow a bit, but not completely. At least it helps, so she will continue taking it. Jarrow's a reputable brand.
